Mr. Edrick Fernando brings over 30 years of experience in the government sector, having held senior positions at both the Building Materials Corporation and the Road Construction Development Authority. He holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Kelaniya.

Coming from a strong business background, Mr. Fernando's father, Arthur Fernando, was a prominent businessman in Sri Lanka, founding G.A. Fernando and Sons in 1940.

Mr. Fernando has made significant contributions to RapidM3, particularly in operations and strategic planning.

Malintha Fernando, Co-Founder, and CEO of RapidM3 Pvt Ltd, began her career as a Trainee Systems Analyst, driven by her interest in software solutions. Her passion for introducing new digital platforms to the market led her to become a Business Partner at the age of 23. She strives to bring life-changing products into the hands of customers and empowers her team to achieve their goals with continuous support and guidance.

As a visionary leader, she has expanded her presence into multiple destinations such as Africa, Latin America, and the United Kingdom. Currently, her main focus is on expanding RapidM3's operations through the right business partnerships.

Mr. Hemantha Thalapitigoda, with over 18 years of experience in government sectors and business consulting, is an alumnus of Thurstan College and the University of Sri Jayawardenapura. He holds a Local Government Diploma from Indonesia and is skilled in digital marketing strategy and motivational speaking.

In November 2023, he became Director and COO at RapidM3, where he drives operational strategy and efficiency while fostering innovation. His leadership has led to significant improvements in performance and company growth. Additionally, he is a passionate journalist and photographer, blending storytelling with his professional expertise.
